Candidates must have:

Minimum 7 years of enterprise IT project management experience
Minimum 5 years managing ServiceNow implementation or ServiceNow platform expansion projects
Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects with multiple concurrent workstreams
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams
Strong experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, and communications
Experience preparing and presenting executive-level project reporting
Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners
Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery environments
