Location - Onsite at Bridgewater, New Jersey at Client office

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise AI solutions leveraging SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, and related SAP technologies.
• Design and implement AI-enabled applications, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and business process orchestration solutions on SAP BTP.
• Define technical architecture, solution patterns, integration frameworks, security controls, and deployment approaches for SAP AI initiatives.
• Configure and extend SAP Joule capabilities to support enterprise business applications and AI-powered user experiences.
• Design and implement solutions using SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, Generative AI Hub, Build Process Automation, Build Apps, and Build Work Zone.
• Architect and develop AI-powered workflows incorporating human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, routing, exception handling, escalations, and auditability requirements.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding mechanisms, semantic search, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Architect solutions leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Datasphere to provide trusted, governed, and business-contextualized data for AI applications.
• Define data architecture patterns utilizing data products, semantic models, data federation, and enterprise analytics foundations to support AI-driven business solutions.
• Develop secure integrations between SAP AI services, SAP applications and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, accelerators, and implementation standards for SAP AI initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, architects, functional consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production implementation activities while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
• Evaluate and implement SAP AI solutions in accordance with enterprise AI governance frameworks, ensuring appropriate controls for security, privacy, compliance, explainability, auditability, and responsible use of generative AI capabilities.
• Review AI solutions from a governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI perspective, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for internal support teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• SAP certifications in SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Solution Architecture, or related technologies preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP architecture, application development, and enterprise integration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture and implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale architectures utilizing SAP BTP services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, or enterprise data platforms supporting AI and analytics workloads.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite including Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Bui ld Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, OData services, messaging frameworks, and API-led architectures.
• Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, enterprise search capabilities, intelligent assistants, and AI-powered workflows into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, semantic modeling, data governance, data federation, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience designing secure enterprise solutions, including OAuth2, JWT, identity federation, authorization frameworks, and data protection controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and Joule Studio.
• Experience with SAP Business AI, SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and SAP Generative AI Hub.
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, grounding frameworks, semantic retrieval, vector search, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Experience building enterprise AI assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, and conversational AI applications.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI operating models.
• Prior consulting experience supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP AI or relevant SAP certifications.
