The Opportunity We are working with a successful and growing financial planning practice in Kent who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and provide high-quality technical and report-writing support to their Financial Advisers.Exam funding and study support, Clear progression opportunities, Private medical insurance, annual bonus scheme. This role would suit either a part-qualified Paraplanner working towards their Level 4 Diploma or an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical skills and career within a supportive environment. The Role As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning.
• Analysing client information and carrying out technical research.
• Structuring advice in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting Advisers with pre- and post-client meeting preparation.
• Assisting with complex financial planning cases and technical queries.
• Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning illustrations where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Salesforce.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning or financial planning environment.
• A good understanding of the regulated financial advice process.
• Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
