Director of Employee Benefits

Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and administration of U.S. employee benefits for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will oversee health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost effectiveness. You will manage vendor relationships, optimize plans through data-driven insights, and partner with HR, Finance, and leaders across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs
• Oversee administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing plans
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations
• Manage vendor, broker, and consultant relationships and contracts
• Analyze benefits data, costs, and trends to inform decisions and budgeting
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders across manufacturing sites
• Develop and execute employee communication and education strategies
• Oversee leave of absence, disability, and related programs
• Lead and develop benefits team members
• Support integration of benefits within HRIS and related systems
