Lead, Regional Data Operations, NOAM (US)

The Lead Data Management Analyst focus specializes in planning, designing, developing and performing assessments on data and structures to ensure integrity, completeness, quality, and appropriateness of formats, records and structures. Uses manual and/or automated methods and procedures to test output as established by product management, client specifications, and business/governance rules.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Must be eighteen years or older

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or in lieu of related degree, at least 9 years of experience in data management​
• 6+ years of experience in data quality management field​
• In-depth knowledge of development and implementation data quality frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls​
• Extensive knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data modeling​
• Expertise in SQL, ETL, and data profiling and cleansing techniques​
• Exceptional analytical skill with the ability to analyze complex data quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop remedial action plans​
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data modeling​ 
  • Technical Skills
    • Data Quality Assessment and Monitoring Tools (e.g., IBM InfoSphere Information Analyzer, Talend)​
    • Data Warehousing & ETL Processes​
    • Data Analysis Tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python, SSAS)​
    • Database Management (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL)​
    • Data Profiling and Cleansing Tools (e.g., DataFlux, Trillium, Informatica Data Quality)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Preferred

• Experience supporting Oracle PDH, Oracle PIM, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise data platforms. 
• Experience operating within a regional or global support model. 
• Experience supporting workflow automation, operational reporting, self-service capabilities, or support transformation initiatives. 
• Experience supporting Product, Customer, Location, Supplier, or Employee master data domains.
