Job Description

Position: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 12+ Years
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Role Focus: Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, Microservices & System Design

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, databases, CI/CD, microservices, and system/solution design.

The candidate should be comfortable working at both the application development and architecture/design levels, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

·       Develop responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript.

·       Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

·       Work with AWS services including S3, Lambda, EKS, ECS, and EC2.

·       Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.

·       Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

·       Work with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.

·       Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.

·       Participate in application, system, and solution architecture discussions.

·       Design solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.

·       Troubleshoot application, deployment, performance, and production issues.

·       Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams.

·       Application not starting after deployment.

·       Production performance degradation.

·       High CPU/memory utilization.

·       API latency or timeout issues.

·       Database connectivity/performance problems.

·       Service-to-service communication failures.

3. Java / Microservices Design Patterns

·       Candidate should have a strong understanding of commonly used Java and Microservices design patterns.

·       They should be able to explain:

·       The problem statement addressed by the pattern.

·       Detailed internal working of the pattern.

·       Advantages and limitations.

·       When and when not to use it.

·       A real-world implementation example.

4. Solution Design

·       Given a business or technical problem statement, the candidate should be able to:

·       Understand and clarify requirements.

·       Identify major system components.

·       Propose a high-level solution architecture.

·       Select appropriate technologies.

·       Explain data flow and component interactions.

·       Consider scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.

5. Java, Spring Boot & Coding
