The Role

• Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities within the region.
• Partner with leadership teams to improve financial and operational outcomes.
• Monitor key revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and reimbursement.
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and internal controls.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing proactive action plans.
• Provide financial guidance and education to facility management.

What You'll Need

• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, SNF).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executive and facility leadership.
• High level of analytical, detail-orientation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the designated region.
