Infra Analyst

Primary purpose:

• Support patching-related initiatives across a broad application population. Work can include contacting application teams, reviewing incidents, supporting increased patching frequency, tracking initiatives, and coordinating follow-up.
• Scale: The team may reach out across approximately 200-300 application teams that consume the product. This is not one-to-one application support.
• ServiceNow requirement: General working knowledge only. Candidate should be able to look up/review incidents and requests, assign items, and potentially pull reports. Developer-level expertise is not required.
• Business skills: Strong communication, organization, ability to juggle multiple initiatives, and ability to explain technical problems to a broader audience.
• Tools/administration: Comfortable creating PowerPoint materials and maintaining tracking in SharePoint and Excel. Project management experience is helpful.
