Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and client acquisition
- Experience in identifying market opportunities, crafting strategic plans, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and detailed reports
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role; knowledge of the technology sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software for managing clients and tracking performance metrics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
