Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with strong front-end development skills, hands-on AWS expertise, and solid backend development experience. Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools daily and have experience building scalable applications and supporting AWS infrastructure.

The role is currently focused more heavily on UI development, with plans to expand interactive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in JavaScript, React, and Node.js, along with backend experience in Java, Spring, microservices, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, with a stronger emphasis on front-end development.

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

• Develop interactive UI components and enhance application functionality.

• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, microservices, and Kafka.

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud applications and infrastructure using AWS services.

• Contribute to AWS infrastructure configuration, automation, optimization, and operational support.

• Use AI-powered coding assistants and development tools as part of daily software development workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools.

• Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and implementation details clearly to stakeholders and executive-level audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

• Backend development experience with Java, Spring, microservices, and Kafka.

• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools in daily coding activities.

• Understanding of application development, integration, testing, and deployment practices.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Must be willing to work in Columbus, OH or Wilmington, DE. Relocation is open.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js.

• Experience developing interactive, dynamic user interfaces.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.

• Experience with AWS infrastructure automation and operational support.

• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
