Scrum Master
W2 Contract- 6 months with potential extension or hire
Pittsburgh, PA
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce/CRM platforms and the banking/financial services sector. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and empower cross-functional delivery teams to build innovative customer relationship management solutions for our retail and commercial banking segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives following Scrum frameworks.
• Salesforce Delivery: Partner with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects to maximize the delivery velocity of custom CRM workflows, financial service clouds, and pipeline management tools.
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate technical blockers, architectural bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery tracks on schedule.
• Product Owner Collaboration: Work closely with Banking Product Owners to structure user stories, map customer journeys, and prioritize the CRM product backlog effectively.
• Metrics & Reporting: Maintain automated Jira and Confluence dashboards tracking team velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint predictability.
Required Qualifications
• Banking & Finance Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of technology delivery experience within a commercial bank, investment firm, or financial services environment.
• Salesforce & CRM Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud), data models, and banking integrations.
• Agile Certifications: Possession of a recognized Agile credential such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) via Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) via Scrum.org.
• Tool Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience managing backlogs, epics, and releases utilizing Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
