The Role

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience or a strong aptitude for management within retail.
• A completed vocational training in retail or relevant professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and diligent approach to hands-on tasks.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
