Research Service Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be directly accountable for tasks conducted in GCC for client servicing team.
• Supervises research support team, managing project assignments when required and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of the tasks executed in hub.
• Monitors compliance with project instructions, quality standards, and global tool usage.
• Escalates risks related to capacity, quality, or delivery and supports resolution in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Contributes to team training, documentation, and operational consistency
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and activities executed within the hub ensuring continuity, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Identify, assess, and address training and development needs by partnering with the research / client servicing team to ensure employees possess the required capabilities.
• Oversee knowledge transfer initiatives for all transitioned tasks, ensuring successful handover, documentation, stabilization, and long-term sustainability of processes.
• Manage resource planning, optimal utilization of team capacity, and timely completion of assignments within boarder teams.
• Drive a strong quality-focused culture within the team by establishing clear quality standards, monitoring performance, addressing gaps, and ensuring consistent delivery of accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Implement process improvements across upstream and downstream workflows
• Automate routine status reporting using AI and identify opportunities where AI can be further leveraged
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and operational best practices.
• Contribute to different internal / external initiatives related to operations process, training framework, reporting KPIs etc.
• Implement optimizations and efficient solutions on project and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate / Post graduation / MBA from Premium university in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 8+ years of working experience in Market Research industry in relevant role as supporting research activities or end to end project management activities.
• Knowledge end-to-end activities of primary research projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Proactive and strive for excellence and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SPSS would be considered an added advantage.
• Drive an AI-first culture within the team by promoting effective use of AI tools, encouraging strong prompting practices, and identifying opportunities to embed AI into day-to-day processes.
• Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English
