Agile Change Manager

Correlate Resources is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support delivery and adoption of organisational change initiatives across an agile delivery environment.

This role will work closely with the Change Lead, Senior Change Managers, scrum teams, communications teams and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver change activities that support new processes, technologies and ways of working.
