M365 Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead both operational and project-based work for the Microsoft 365 team using Kanban and Agile practices. The role combines project management and Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure efficient delivery, service reliability, and continuous improvement across the M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M365 projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, and risks are effectively managed.
• Facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies, manage the Kanban board, optimize workflow, and remove team impediments.
• Oversee day-to-day M365 operations, including prioritization, incident/request management, SLAs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, change management, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure effective documentation and delivery of M365 initiatives and services.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
• Experience managing both operational and project work in a Kanban environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation v4 certification.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and M365 automation.
• Familiarity with email security platforms such as Proofpoint and hybrid cloud environments.
