Job Description
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, preferably Now Assist and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Understanding of AI Search, Virtual Agent, conversational AI, and knowledge-based solutions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI use-case design, and generative AI evaluation.
- Knowledge of ACLs, roles, data security, and governance requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
