Sales Leader / Personal Trainer
to play a key role in growing our Waukesha studio. This position combines
sales leadership, business development, and one-on-one personal training

.
You’ll be responsible for building our pipeline of prospective clients, managing leads from first contact through consultation, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You’ll also work directly with clients, helping them become stronger through our unique, evidence-based approach to strength training.

Full-Time Benefits:

Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Monday to Saturday: 7:00am - 12:30pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00pm - 6:30pm
Alternate Wednesday/Saturday mornings
Lead follow-up & community events during off hours, as needed
Expected hours: 20-40 per week
Sales & Growth
Grow leads
through referrals, partnerships, networking, community events, and outreach
Manage leads
with consistent follow-up and ownership of the sales pipeline
Close leads
through consultations that convert qualified prospects into clients, sharing consultation coverage with the Studio Manager.

Achieve new-client and sales goals while tracking key performance metrics
Proactively identify new opportunities to grow the business
Personal Training & Client Experience
Deliver exceptional one-on-one strength-training sessions
Conduct fitness assessments and ensure safe, effective exercise technique
Learn and execute the MaxStrength Fitness Continuous Tension Protocol
Track client progress and maintain accurate records
Build strong relationships that drive client results, satisfaction, and retention
What We're Looking For
A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
Confident in sales and comfortable asking for the sale
Driven by goals, results, and personal accountability
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Organized, persistent, professional, and dependable
Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
Sales or business development experience preferred
Personal training or exercise science experience preferred
