Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who will be supporting the Power Generation Division (PGD) Engineering and Operations Support Services (EOSS) organization. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating enterprise-scale Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity, resiliency, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives across renewable, battery storage, and conventional generation assets.

The successful candidate will partner with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, compliance, IT, SCADA, telecommunications, and construction teams to deliver complex projects that improve the security, reliability, availability, and resiliency of generation control systems and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities include program governance, project planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management, risk management, vendor coordination, executive reporting, and implementation oversight for strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the fleet.

Key initiatives may include

  • Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity programs
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Management implementations
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployments
  • Network segmentation and firewall modernization projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex cybersecurity and technology projects across PGD
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans
  • Coordinate activities across PGD Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, E&C, and third-party vendors
  • Drive project governance processes, tollgates, status reporting, and executive communications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or operational projects
  • Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, SCADA, industrial controls, or Operational Technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business organizations
  • Experience working in electric utility, power generation, critical infrastructure, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with NERC CIP, industrial cybersecurity, SCADA systems, network infrastructure, and control systems preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
