AV Project Coordinator

Job Title: AV Project Coordinator

Location: New York City, NY | On-site requirement: Five days per week.

Required Skills: 

1. AV-specific project coordination experience (3–5 years)  Not looking for general IT project coordination.
2. Looking for resumes that show coordination work explicitly tied to AV projects (Audio Visual), systems, or engineering teams.
3. Jira & Confluence proficiency - Looking for direct mentions of building/maintaining documentation in Confluence and managing workflows, tickets, or governance in Jira, ideally in an engineering context, not just task tracking.
4. Technical writing / documentation creation - Specifically the ability to turn engineer input into structured docs: methods of procedure (MOPs), test plans, product documentation.
5. Working AV domain knowledge - Resumes should show they understand AV terminology, devices, and engineering workflows
6. Cross-team coordination & follow-up discipline
