Job Description

Leads IT field support operations at TSA Freedom Center and Site W locations in classified settings. Directs help desk, deskside support, operations and maintenance, staffing, infrastructure readiness, and support for government events and exercises.

Responsibilities

Lead IT support operations at Freedom Center and Site W.
Set goals and plans for major IT field support services in classified environments.
Direct field support activities, staffing, methods, and technical delivery.
Coordinate on-site support coverage, escalation, help desk, and deskside services.
Oversee Web
EOC user support, operations and maintenance, and DSRN teams.
Perform touch labor, system integration, cabling, troubleshooting, and event support.
