Tik Tok Shop Project Manager - 3-6 months, 40 hours a week!

Robert Half is looking for a Tik Tok Shop Project Manager to bring on the next 3-6 months, starts ASAP! Tik Tok Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the end-to-end launch program for TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment across Marketing, E-Commerce, Legal, Finance, Commercial, IT, and Leadership teams.
• Drive internal discussions and decision-making around TikTok Shop terms and conditions, pricing models, financial implications, break-even analyses, content licensing, and operational requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive project roadmap, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to launch, proactively driving mitigation plans and resolutions.
• Provide regular executive-level status updates, including project progress, key decisions, risks, and recommended actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the TikTok Shop team, coordinating meetings, information requests, timelines, and follow-up actions.
• Partner closely with media and agency teams to ensure planning, deliverables, and activation requirements remain aligned to launch objectives.

Requirements

Tik Tok Shop Project Manager MUST have the following to be considered:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within marketing, digital, e-commerce, media, or related business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and facilitate decision-making.
• Experience managing projects involving digital marketing, paid media, social media, e-commerce, or agency partnerships.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting processes.
