We are looking for Data Analytics Engineer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Secaucus, NJ

Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Secaucus, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Expertise in Big Query, Dataflow, and Dataform.
  • Proficiency in Looker for dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong Python scripting skills for automation and data processing.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipeline deployments.
  • Experience with API integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Dataflow, Dataform, and Big Query.
  • Implement data modeling, transformation, and orchestration best practices for analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver insights via Looker dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data reliability, quality, and governance across multiple data sources.
  • Optimize Big Query queries, partitions, and clustering for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Write Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration with APIs.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for data pipeline deployments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure performance and reliability.
  • Document data models, pipelines, and dashboards to ensure transparency and maintainability.
