Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Mechanical / Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be working across multiple commercial sites within Zones 13, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance within a managed services environment.

Whether your background is electrical or mechanical, you'll play a key role in maintaining critical building services systems and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)

Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical equipment

Maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant equipment

Electrical maintenance including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systems

Carrying out repairs and minor installation works as required

Working across multiple commercial sites within Central London

Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)

Strong building services maintenance experience

Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical plant equipment

Experience working within commercial buildings

Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Right to work in the UK
