Our specialist Healthcare at Home team will help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions as well as facilitating more effective hospital discharge. Our team will do this through an expanded range of clinical care services which can be carried out in a person’s home by our trained Health Care Professionals, in addition to our award-winning home care support. Offering a range of services, spanning beyond home help and companionship into clinical care, enables clients to stay at home for longer. By providing comprehensive information about a client’s health and wellbeing, we can support the work of primary and acute healthcare teams and GP practices. 

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a new specialist team of Care Professionals providing clinical care at Home Instead Sheffield & Barnsley to lead the way as part of our new Service - Healthcare at Home.  Whilst care experience is of benefit, we are recruiting based on values and personality finding individuals who are 'the right fit' is our main priority for these roles.

In this role you will have opportunity to have a truly meaningful impact on peoples lives.  As a Healthcare at Home Care Professional you will visit the homes of Older Adults and Adults to provide a range of services which enable them to live independently.
