Manufacturing ERP Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 production support for tBOX and related ERP applications.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and identify root causes.
• Support business users and manufacturing operations with application-related issues.
• Analyze, design, and implement ERP enhancements and process improvements.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
• Coordinate unit testing, UAT, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Work with technical teams to investigate application, database, integration, and system issues.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and support procedures.
• Support ERP integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with end-user training and provide guidance on system functionality.
• Help ensure ERP system reliability, data integrity, and effective support of manufacturing operations.
