Job Description
Job Title: Manhattan WMOS Production Support Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219 (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Detailed JD:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves extensive client interactions.
- Relocation to the client location is a MUST.
- Good understanding of Production Support project workflows.
- Experience with onsite-offshore coordination.
- Ability to independently handle P1/P2 production support tickets.
- Strong knowledge of the WMS domain.

Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of strong experience with Manhattan WMOS, preferably version 2017 or higher.
