The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery problems, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your working day from home. • Maintain a customer-focused approach on every call-out. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A full UK driving licence. • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
