Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, and Salesforce reporting, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture/Solution Design experience
• 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• 3+ years of experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration
• 3+ years of experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Data Loader, ETL tools, MuleSoft, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Build and support Salesforce applications, workflows, flows, and integrations
• Develop and manage Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites
• Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards
• Lead Salesforce data migration and integration initiatives
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production activities
• Implement Salesforce best practices and optimize platform performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
• Mentor development resources and provide architectural guidance
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Survey123 or Salesforce offline forms
• Government/Public Sector experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
