$21/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Job Description
Day-to-Day:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
- Perform heavy filing and records management duties
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support HR team members with daily operational needs

This individual will provide administrative support to a small, collaborative Human Resources team consisting of HR Generalists, an HR Coordinator, and the HR Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment.
