Are you a strategic sales leader with deep experience in water infrastructure, wastewater systems, or rotating equipment? Join Wilo and American-Marsh Pumps as our next Midwest Regional Sales Manager and help drive growth across a critical region within our Water Management business.


This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, market development, and leading complex sales opportunities from strategy through execution.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, OEMs, and end users
  • Drive specification activity and expand market share within the Water Management segment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution
  • Support large-scale projects, tenders, RFPs, and technical proposals
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership
  • Maintain accurate sales activity documentation and pipeline management
  • Lead channel partner engagement plans and regional growth initiatives
  • Support new product development (NPD) growth initiatives within the region
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Business Management preferred
  • 10+ years of experience selling technical or industrial products
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Rotating equipment
    • Wastewater treatment technology
    • Fluid mechanics
    • Mixing technology
    • Pump systems and water infrastructure
  • Experience with long-cycle project sales preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned territory
