Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Data Cloud
  • Configure and manage:
    • Email Studio
    • Journey Builder
    • Automation Studio
    • Contact Builder
    • Mobile Studio
    • Advertising Studio
    • Data Extensions
  • Data Cloud Experience
  • Develop customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs.
  • Create audience segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks.
  • Manage subscriber data, consent, and preference centers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and marketing teams.
