The Role

• Provide basic nursing care and ensure patient well-being through attentive service.
• Manage meal distribution, collect dishes, and ensure patients receive adequate nutrition.
• Perform cleaning tasks, reprocess nursing aids, and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the ward.
• Consistently uphold hygiene standards and ensure all work area protocols are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed one-year training in nursing or geriatric care assistance.
• Independent, conscientious work ethic with a strong sense of patient orientation and service.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
