The Role

• Drive new business development by prospecting and managing assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Effectively communicate product and service value propositions to diverse industries.
• Utilize provided tools and technology for sales agreements and client management.
• Achieve sales goals through confident and empathetic problem-solving.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales or customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and ability to work independently in the field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications (company-sponsored).
• Ability to perform physical demands including ladder use and confined space access.
