Program Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing (MES / PLM / ERP)

Role Summary

• Lead complex aerospace manufacturing programs involving MES, PLM, ERP.
• Full accountability for program execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, IT.
• Requires strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, digital ecosystems, and regulated program governance.
• Ideal candidate blends domain expertise, enterprise technology knowledge, program‑management discipline, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Program Leadership & Execution

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of aerospace manufacturing transformation & technology programs.
• Define program vision, objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, governance, resources, and success criteria.
• Lead large cross‑functional teams: engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, finance, IT, operations, external partners.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans covering: business, process, technology, data, infrastructure, testing, deployment, organizational readiness.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Establish governance structures: steering committees, executive reporting, decision‑making forums.
