Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from candidate offer to credentialing and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, an understanding of credentialing processes, and the ability to generate contracts efficiently.

Essential Duties:

  • When needed, prepare and issue 1099 contracts in collaboration with the Recruiters and TA Leadership
  • Ensure all contract documentation complies with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain records of all issued contracts and related correspondence.
  • Oversee the pre-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
  • Coordinate pre-contract screenings, background checks, and other onboarding activities.
  • Assist new contractors with the completion of necessary documentation and integration into the organization.
  • Maintain reports on recruitment metrics and credentialing status as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition, healthcare recruitment or credentialing department.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software, preferably Workday.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (data entry, formatting, spreadsheet organization)
  • Must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the credentialing process for Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and Mental Health Therapists.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Salary/Rate: $20-$22/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
