Must-Have Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or a high-volume administrative/data-entry role.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Smartsheet, Word, databases, and spreadsheets, strong computer skills, and a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Associate’s degree, HR coursework, PHR certification, or experience supporting multiple HR functions.
• Healthcare/hospital HR experience, recruitment/onboarding experience, or familiarity with Oracle ERP/HCM systems.
