Job Description

Role: Mobile Technical Manager – Flutter
Location: Miami, FL (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

10–12 years of software development experience, including 9+ years of iOS/Android mobile development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, with experience designing and delivering large-scale, business-critical mobile applications.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON integrations, BFF services, and mobile backend APIs using Java or Scala.
Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineering teams, providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on support as a Full Stack Engineering Lead.
Experience with App Store and Google Play packaging, release, deployment, and approval processes.
Strong understanding of Flutter, native mobile, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and Mobile Web, as well as emerging mobile technologies, devices, carrier services, and vendor solutions.
Conduct technology evaluations, solution assessments, architecture planning, and future-state recommendations, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
Own solution documentation, technical artifacts, risk assessments, and architectural decisions.
Partner directly with clients and stakeholders, lead technical discussions, document decisions, and track action items through delivery.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and architectural decision-making skills with experience in Agile/cross-functional environments.
