Location: Grove Heights, MN – 100% remote

Duration: 12 months + (potential for extension)

* We need a Sr. Business Analyst, and they must have strong class 8 fleet maintenance project experience and at least 1 full lifecycle fleet/ equipment maintenance deployment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7 years of IT experience. This resource must have strong class 8 fleet maintenance project experience and at least 1 full lifecycle fleet/ equipment maintenance deployment.

An ideal candidate will have Cetaris CMMS deployment and Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience (Not required, but big plus)

Must have:

· At least 4 years IT business analyst class 8 fleet maintenance experience

· One full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment

Desired experience/ requirements

· 4 years IT business analyst class 8 fleet maintenance experience

· One full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment

· 1-year requirements-gathering workshop experience

· Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams

· Excellent communication, organization and thought delivery skills

· Self Starter; proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage

· Efficient time manager

· Strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have (Preferred):

· Cetaris CMMS deployment experience

· Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience

· Road Energy Transportation business experience

· Snowflake integration experience

Job duties:

1) apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the fleet maintenance space, always aligned with the Global template;

2) work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis;

3) support the Cetaris CMMS deployment, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution;

4) participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional CHS product lines

5) provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects.

6) support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications

7) maintain detailed documentation

8) provide new user training on supported applications, as requested

9) maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions

10) Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests
