Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, and project management teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT planning, test-case development, and defect tracking

Required Skills

• 6- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
