- Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
- 1-3 years of relevant RF and electronics experience
- Proficient in electronic test equipment (signal generators, audio/spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes)
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level analysis
- Experience with 2-way subscriber products (preferred)
- Approaches analysis independently and adapts to changing work demands
- Clear communication and detailed reporting skills
- Steel toe boots required
- Must be able to work onsite full-time
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Comfortable supporting weekend factory operations as needed
- Works well in a fast-paced, improvement-focused environment
