Job Description

Bring your hands-on expertise to our Elgin, IL facility as an Analysis Technician, where you'll play a pivotal role in diagnosing and resolving electronic failures in critical communication products. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical issues and enjoys working independently in a modern, high-energy environment dedicated to quality and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
  • 1-3 years of relevant RF and electronics experience
  • Proficient in electronic test equipment (signal generators, audio/spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes)
  • Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level analysis
  • Experience with 2-way subscriber products (preferred)
  • Approaches analysis independently and adapts to changing work demands
  • Clear communication and detailed reporting skills
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Must be able to work onsite full-time

Daily Responsibilities
  • Analyze failed radio assemblies using test equipment and simulators
  • Identify root causes of rejection and distinguish between vendor/process defects
  • Produce clear, detailed reports on findings
  • Record failure data and support manufacturing with actionable feedback
  • Support operations, including weekends as needed
