3D Surveys US LLC is seeking experienced construction and transmission line surveyors for ongoing projects in Nebraska, Texas, and other locations throughout the United States.

We specialize in power transmission, heavy civil construction, foundations, roads, utilities, and industrial projects. We are looking for motivated surveyors who can work independently, communicate effectively with project teams, and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Construction layout and staking
• Control establishment and verification
• Foundation and anchor bolt layout
• Transmission line structure layout
• As-built surveys and quality control verification
• GNSS and robotic total station operation
• Daily survey reporting and documentation
• Coordination with construction crews, superintendents, and project management

Qualifications

• Previous construction surveying experience preferred
• Experience with Trimble equipment and software is an asset
• Ability to work in remote locations and rotational schedules
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work overtime when required
