The Role • Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. • Develop and implement strategic business plans using data-driven insights to maximize sales execution and resource allocation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, managing accounts holistically. • Demonstrate deep understanding of local market dynamics and therapeutic areas within the CNS/neuroscience space. • Navigate and inform stakeholders on reimbursement pathways and access issues across various payer types. • Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA guidelines. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to excel in product knowledge training and annual certifications. • Strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability to embrace change and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis and using digital tools to inform business objectives. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton). • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
