Job Description

Role Overview

This is a senior enterprise sales leadership role focused on acquiring new Healthcare Provider clients, including Health Systems, IDNs, Academic Medical Centers, and Large Hospital Networks. The successful candidate will own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle—from prospecting and executive engagement to solution development, commercial negotiations, and closing strategic transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition within Healthcare Provider organizations.
  • Sell enterprise AI, Analytics, Data, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Revenue Cycle, Contact Center, Finance & Accounting, and Managed Services solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Lead executive presentations, solution workshops, proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and executive leadership to develop winning strategies.
  • Consistently deliver multi-million-dollar consulting and technology services engagements.


Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
  • 8+ years selling into Healthcare Providers.
  • Proven success acquiring new Healthcare Provider enterprise clients.
  • Strong background selling Healthcare Consulting, Technology Services, AI, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements.
  • Established executive relationships within Health Systems, IDNs, or Large Hospital Networks.
  • Experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
