Project Manager – Chemical Engineering / Manufacturing

Location: Waco, TX | Onsite
Duration: 4–5 Months

We are looking for a Project Manager with a Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering background to support engineering and manufacturing projects in Waco, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and manufacturing projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, EHS, vendors, and contractors.
• Support process design, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and project requirements.
• Resolve project issues and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• 4–5+ years of U.S. experience in Project Management / Engineering.
• Experience with chemical, process, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with equipment/process improvement or capital projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Waco, TX.
• LinkedIn profile required.

Preferred

• PMP certification
• Lean / Six Sigma
• MS Project / Primavera P6
• Commissioning / Startup experience
