Architecture Project Manager - Retail

Location: Pea Ridge, AR Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually Description:

The client is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support a growing retail design program. This role is ideal for a senior architectural designer or project coordinator looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities while remaining involved in design oversight and project execution.
Must-Have Requirements

• Architecture background (Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience)
• Strong Revit experience with the ability to review and QA/QC design documents
• Big-box retail experience required
• Knowledge of ICC Building Codes and Accessibility/ADA Codes

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management or team leadership experience
• Experience mentoring or training staff
• Licensed Architect or related professional credential
• Experience with AutoCAD, Lucernex, Deltek Vantagepoint, Costworks, or Masterworks
