Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and help cross-functional teams achieve their sprint and product goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder communication, team coaching, sprint planning, backlog management, and removing delivery impediments. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, roles, and responsibilities.
• Work closely with Product Owners to support effective backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or delivery.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Promote transparency through Agile metrics, dashboards, reports, and regular status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, architecture, and business teams to coordinate delivery activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help teams implement actionable improvements.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation points.
• Support release planning and ensure teams remain aligned with product and business objectives.
• Help resolve conflicts and encourage a collaborative, accountable, and self-organizing team environment.
• Maintain Agile project documentation and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teams is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
