Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project and team activities to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives
• Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and planning activities
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate status updates, and support decision-making
• Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or team leadership roles
• Experience managing projects in a structured delivery environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Experience with project planning, tracking, and collaboration tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in project management, agile practices, or a related discipline
• Experience leading large-scale business or technology initiatives
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
