Location: WESTFIELD, Stratford, London

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, six-month fixed-term contract

Start Date: ASAP - Opens Mid October

About ARNE:

ARNE is a fast-growing British clothing and footwear brand built around a simple idea - Less is More. Their journey has been explosive, evolving at real pace into a rapidly expanding retail business with a growing physical footprint and a seriously loyal community behind it. The brand is understated, confident and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, value and creating products people genuinely want to wear.

The Floor Manager Role:

As Floor Manager, you will be a visible leader on the shop floor. You will help ensure the store is commercially strong, operationally ready and consistently delivering a brilliant customer experience. You will lead shifts, support the wider team and be trusted to make things happen - whether that means handling a customer issue, improving the shop floor, coaching a colleague or keeping the store running smoothly during a busy trading period.

What The Floor Manager Will Be Doing:

  • Opening and closing the store safely and to the required standard

  • Leading shifts and supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Keeping the shop floor, fitting rooms, stock areas and visual displays to a high standard

  • Supporting stock management, replenishment and delivery processing

  • Driving sales through strong product knowledge, customer engagement and team energy

  • Handling customer queries, complaints and after-sales support

  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues, particularly new starters

About The Floor Manager:

You care about what you do and take pride in doing things properly. You bring energy, stay humble and do not let ego get in the way. You are the kind of person who gets stuck in, solves problems and follows through on what you say you are going to do. No job is beneath you, you put the customer first, and when things do not go to plan, you adapt, find a way forward and go again. You think, you act and you get stuff done.

  • Previous experience in a senior sales, keyholder, supervisory or management role

  • A strong customer-service mindset and the confidence to lead by example

  • Good commercial awareness and a genuine interest in fashion and retail

  • The ability to stay calm, organised and positive in a busy environment

  • High standards around store presentation, operations and compliance

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and key trading periods
