• *The Role**
• Operate heavy machinery such as hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to move shipping containers.
• Load and unload containers efficiently and safely from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostler trucks to position and manage containers within the intermodal yard.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate container movements and tasks by communicating with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.

• *What You'll Need**
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a logistics or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
