Job Description

Wise May are recruiting a temporary People Coordinator to join a fast growing Global Digital Transformation Leader to take responsibility and can cover onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking and reporting, playing a key part in keeping People Services Operations running smoothly across Europe and allowing the core team to focus on strategic projects, process improvement and operating model initiatives. This role is initially a 6 month contract with a view of going permanent.

Flexible hybrid working opportunity. 40 hours per week.

People Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding - Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding records, prepare local draft employment contracts, support background checks, coordinate onboarding logistics for joiners.
  • Compliance tracking and documentation management - Track probation periods, keep compliance trackers, organise and maintain employee documentation repositories.
  • Vendor and administrative support - Manage invoice intake, monitor shared mailboxes for administrative intake.

People Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in People Services Operations or similar administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to maintain trackers and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable liaising with third parties.
